2. 収集する情報 当社は、応募者から提供された以下の情報を収集する場合があります：
連絡先情報： 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号。
職歴情報： 現在の役職、勤務先、業務経験。
学歴・資格情報： 学位、専攻、資格（JLPT取得状況など）。
書類： アップロードされた履歴書（CV）およびポートフォリオ。
3. 利用目的 収集した情報は、以下の採用活動の目的においてのみ利用いたします：
特定の求人ポジションに対する適格性の判断。
求人案件やキャリアコンサルティングに関するご連絡。
応募者の同意を得た上での、採用企業へのプロフィールの提示。

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、スタッフビルド株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する求職者向けジョブマッチングサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
第1条 サービス内容
本サービスは、日本国内での就職・転職を希望する求職者に対し、求人情報の提供、キャリアコンサルティング、および提携先企業への推薦を行うサービスです。
第2条 求職者の費用負担
本サービスの利用に関して、求職者から費用（紹介料、登録料、その他名目を問わず）を徴収することは一切ありません。完全無料でご利用いただけます。
第3条 禁止事項
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。
虚偽の情報（職歴、資格、氏名等）を登録または提供する行為。
当社または第三者の知的財産権、プライバシー、名誉を侵害する行為。
本サービスを通じて知り得た機密情報（求人企業の詳細情報等）を第三者に漏洩する行為。
本サービスの運営を妨げる行為、または当社の信用を毀損する行為。
第4条 情報の正確性
利用者は、当社に提供する情報が正確かつ最新であることを保証するものとします。提供された情報が不正確または古かったことにより損害が生じた場合、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
第5条 免責事項
当社は、本サービスによる就職・転職の成功を保証するものではありません。
当社は、採用企業と利用者の間で生じた紛争について、当社の重大な過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
本サービスの中断、停止、または内容の変更により生じた損害について、当社は責任を負わないものとします。
第6条 規約の変更
当社は、利用者の承諾を得ることなく、本規約の内容を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、当社のウェブサイト上に掲示された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
第7条 準拠法および裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に基づき解釈されるものとし、本サービスに関して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the job matching services for candidates (the "Service") provided by Staff Build Co., Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us").
Section 1 : Service Description
The Service provides job information, career consultation, and recommendations to partner employers for candidates seeking employment or career changes within Japan.
Section 2 : No Fees for Candidates
The use of this Service is completely free of charge for job seekers. We do not collect any fees, including referral fees or registration fees, from candidates at any time.
Section 3 : Prohibited Actions
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
Registering or providing false information (work history, qualifications, name, etc.).
Infringing upon the intellectual property, privacy, or reputation of the Company or any third party.
Disclosing confidential information (such as specific details about hiring companies) obtained through the Service to third parties.
Any act that interferes with the operation of the Service or damages the Company's credibility.
Section 4 : Accuracy of Information
Users guarantee that the information provided to the Company is accurate and up-to-date. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.
Section 5 : Disclaimers
The Company does not guarantee successful employment or job placement through the Service.
The Company is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between the hiring company and the user, except in cases of gross negligence by the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the interruption, suspension, or modification of the Service.

Section 7 : Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
